Valentine's Day Pommers!

There's a tradition, it seems, that each year, around Valentine's Day, the Dance Team reaches out an olive branch to the boys, inviting them to perform a girl/guy routine.  This is a good tradition.  Watching a group of (predominantly) white young men trying to dance is surprisingly gut-bursting hilarious.  But they did help put on a good show, as their enthusiasm more than made up for their lack of dancing chops.  This was just a fun one all the way around...

The girls did sidelines in their cute girl/guy shirts.
"What was I supposed to do?  Tell him he's a good dancer?"
Trying to think of a way to make the guys look smooth...
Yep.  Dimming the lights would have helped, but they only do that for the basketball team.
Uh, Nick? You might want to spend a little more time with your lady. Looks like she's contemplating her options.
Meanwhile, Eden and Jake looked adorable
Anna looked a little too comfortable for her brother's liking...
Ellie looks like a child on this big guy's lap...
While Baby Kayla made the half man look like a full man!
Gotta hand it to the Brooks kids - they know where to look.
OK, Paige is back, so let's get to the show, shall we?
Let's begin by saying, thank you, gentlemen.
Jonah!  C'mon! We can all see where you're looking! That's not a pommer! And while you're doing THAT move, too?
I know what you're thinking: "That's not a quaterback-killing, all-state linebacker, is it?"  It is. It is.
Phew!  Found someone with some rhythm.
The girls were not blind to the boys' dance moves.
Attitude and effort made up for the lack of *experience*. This young man had both in spades.
Yes.
No.
And I thought they were too young for this reference.
OK.  Easier when it's not your sister.
GAH!  What the what?!!
Dang, Ed, you got up there!
Let's just hope Jonah doesn't look at what his "neighbor" is doing when taking his tests.
Also, way to keep a straight face, bud, you're cracking like Jimmy Fallon used to do on SNL.
Hold.  HOLD.  HOLD!
I mean, HELLO new profile pic!
Punching him for getting between her and the Terp?  A bit harsh, I thought.
No, Eden!  Don't go down there!
I told you not to go down there.
I got nothing.
Lean wit it.  Rock wit it.

In all seriousness, that was a lot of fun.  I'm looking forward to seeing it again tomorrow.
